How do I return an item?

If you want to return your order, at SIA we are happy to offer you a 30 Day Returns Policy. This means that you can return any item you have ordered as long as you inform us within 14 days of taking delivery.

  • All items must be in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. We cannot accept returns of items that are not in their original, undamaged packaging and not in the same condition as when delivered.
  • Carriage charges for unwanted returns will be at your expense;
  • We will refund any amount due to you within 20 days of receiving the item(s) back.
Damaged / Incorrect Supplied?

If the package looks damaged in any way you can refuse the delivery, this will automatically return the item back to ourselves. You must inform us immediately by e-mail or phone of any damaged goods.

You will be asked to email in an image of the damaged unit, all packaging the item was delivered in, so to speed up the process please email us at SIA@siaagencies.com and we will help you as best we can!

Will my item be in stock?

Our stock control is updated live so you can be confident that if we say it’s in stock it is in stock. There are however very occasional times when items are sold over the trade counter at identical times of an online sale or there is a larger than normal demand on certain items and something is therefore out of stock.

When will my Item be dispatched/Delivered?

If your item is in stock and ordered before 2pm and we’ll aim to despatch your order the same day, Monday to Friday. Please allow 2 working days for delivery. We use Royal Mail for all deliveries.  You’ll be able to track your items from the code given in your confirmation email.  Any item that was unable to be delivered will have to be collected from your local Royal Mail collection depo.

Can I collect my item from your store?

We also offer a click and collect service.  You’ll need to state this at the point of sale.  Items can be collected from our store in Belfast during opening hours Monday to Friday.

Are my Payment/Personal details safe with SIA?

In short YES!

At SIA Agencies we take your safety seriously.  We have SSL encryption which securely transfers information over the internet to our secure server.  All personal information is held on a Secure Server and will not be used in any way without your permission.
